Effective date: August 7, 2026. This policy applies to the Video White mobile application and related services operated by ZMUDA.
Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Video White app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by ZMUDA SP Z O O, referred to in this policy as the Service Provider.
Video White is a personal video bookmarking and reminder utility. It is designed to help users save video links, organize categories, schedule rewatch reminders, view calendar reminders, and track viewing habits.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking by the Service Provider.
Precise location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Data Retention
Video White does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal app use, so the Service Provider does not retain personal data from the Application.
If saved video links, custom titles, cover image URLs, notes, reasons for saving, reminder schedules, categories, sorting preferences, calendar entries, completed viewing history, viewing streaks, default reminder times, local preferences, or private video bookmark records are created in the app, they are intended to remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
If you voluntarily contact ZMUDA by email or another direct channel, the information you provide may be retained only as long as necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, comply with applicable obligations, or resolve support issues.
Data Deletion
Because Video White does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no app-collected personal data for ZMUDA to delete from its systems.
You can remove locally stored app data by deleting entries inside the app where available, clearing app data through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application from your device.
If you voluntarily provided information directly to ZMUDA, you may request deletion by contacting support@zmuda.site.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. You may also adjust device-level notification permissions for reminder behavior.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children's personal data is not collected by use of the Application alone.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through normal app use is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
Data breach notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting app-collected personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to ZMUDA, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Responsible-use notice
Video White is a personal video bookmarking and reminder utility. It does not host, stream, upload, download, copy, modify, redistribute, or sell videos. It does not provide copyright clearance, content licensing, subscription media services, creator monetization, social networking, or video playback services.
Users are responsible for the links they save and for following the terms of the platforms where videos are hosted.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, consent may be requested before material changes take effect.

Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
